Barter Town: Post apocalyptic Environment Pre-vis

Am I the only one who wants to live in a post-post apocalypse? Spend your days exploring a brave new world? Be part of rebuilding a functional society from the ashes of the old, hopefully for the better this time.
I'd imagine the landscape would be littered with crumbling ruins and wrecks. Perfect for getting a foothold and begin to rebuild.
